These terms apply when you use livoplant.com (the "website") and buy products from Livoplant, 403, Pramukh Residency, Behind GEB Office, Chanakyapuri, Bardoli, Gujarat – 394601 ("Livoplant", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and prices

We try to show products, photos and prices accurately. Live plants are natural products, so size, shape and colour can vary slightly from the photos. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds (or when you choose cash on delivery and the order is placed). We may cancel orders that are suspicious, undeliverable or affected by stock errors, with a full refund where payment was made.

4. Payment

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Cash on delivery may be limited by order value or location.

5. Delivery

Delivery is handled as described in our Shipping policy.

6. Cancellation, replacement and refunds

These are handled as described in our Cancellation, replacement & refund policy.

7. Reviews

Only customers who received a product can review it. Reviews must be honest and must not contain abusive content, phone numbers or links. We may remove reviews that break these rules, but we do not remove honest negative reviews.

8. Sellers

Some products may be supplied by partner nurseries. The seller name is shown on the product page where applicable. Livoplant handles orders, payments and customer support for all products sold on the website.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat will have jurisdiction.
