Where we deliver
We deliver to most pincodes in India through trusted courier partners. You can check your pincode on any product page.
Dispatch time
Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days of payment (or order confirmation for cash on delivery).

Delivery times can be longer during sales, festivals, heavy rain or other events outside our control.
Delivery charges
Free delivery on orders of ₹499 and above. A charge of ₹79 applies to smaller orders. The exact amount is shown in the cart before payment.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, the courier name and tracking number appear on your order page under My orders.
Packing of live plants
Plants are shipped with soil in their pots and packed to limit movement. Small leaf drop or a little soil spill during transit is normal. Keep the plant in bright indirect light and water it lightly after unpacking.
Failed delivery
If the courier cannot deliver after attempts, the order returns to us. For prepaid orders, we will contact you to re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply) or refund the product value minus shipping cost.
